Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your account settings.

Refunds: Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy. Generally, fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services

  • Share account credentials with unauthorized parties

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our Services, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are owned by Lets Build Fun, Inc. and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Our AI-powered tools are intended to assist users and should not replace professional judgment. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of extraction results.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LETS BUILD FUN, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lets Build Fun, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

11. Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Arbitration: Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in class actions.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notifying you via email or through the Services. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
